Shaping Positive Futures was first developed as a pilot in partnership with Centrica’s Energy for Tomorrow and young people were involved in the design. The pilot had an initial focus on green sector careers, and sustainability.

It has since grown into a flexible model that can introduce young people to a wider range of sectors while continuing to strengthen confidence, personal growth, resilience, health and wellbeing. It can be delivered as a stand alone programme or as a valuable addition to a longer employability, skills development programme.
