The National Communities Resource Centre opened its doors at Trafford Hall, a Grade II* listed building in Chester set within 14 acres of grounds.

From day one, the mission was to help communities discover their own power. Residents, housing professionals and local leaders found a shared space to learn and connect. A thirty-year journey of change had begun.
